Golovin A. The integration of industrial land use into urban fabric

The vast urban spatial space that formed during rapid growth is becoming a threat for sustainable city development. The plants resettlement and jobs relocation are destructive and risky for the city of Perm from social and economical points of view. The industrial land management is an element of local government policy of urban planning and economical development. Industrial areas modernization and renovation should integrate those plots into urban fabric by conformity with architecture and block structure.

The results of sociological research of needs of the participants in the educational process in the social and educational infrastructure of the modern school are presented. A new approach to the design of physical environment of the space-based model of planning is proposed. Standard solutions functional modules provide modern a sanitary and fire safety of buildings and conform to environmental and fire regulations. There are examples of planning decisions.

Zaytseva N., May I. Criteria for human health risk in problems of spatial and urban planning (experience of the Perm region)

The practical issues of public health risk assessment due to the pollution as a tool to study space, including architectural and planning decisions are discussed. Shown that the use of safety criteria for health, recognized and used worldwide, avoids the underestimation of hazards and presents community and decision makers, proof system, based on the primacy of public health.

Yakimov M. To a question on placing transportno-logistical centres in territory of Moscow

In given article the problem of an effective utilisation of a road network system of a city is considered. Attempt of a scientific substantiation of places of placing of the trans- portno-logistical centres in territory of Moscow is given. Possible variants of placing of the transportno-logistical centres within a city territory of Moscow depending on a road network configuration are offered.

Given article, first of all, is intended a narrow circle of experts of transport planning, students of technical specialities, and also all interested by the given subjects.

In clause the alternative replacement horizontal road sectoring is considered by application of color asphalt with the purpose increase safety road movement. After the carried spent experiences the sample asphalt brown color which can be applied on highways was received.

Ponomarev A., Zaharov A., Sursanov D. On the issue of using upper Permian deposits as basement soil

Abstract: The paper considers the issue of the possibility of using semi-hard rocks of the Permian period as a basis for pile foundations of high-rise residential buildings. To justify such a possibility, a particular case of the static test results of piles pressed with a load and abutted upon siltstones and argillites (mudstones) of Upper Permian deposits is given in the paper. The conclusion about a possible positive solution of this issue based on the obtained experimental data is drawn.

Vaisman Y. Developments and prospects of solid waste in urban areas

Tendencies and development prospects of modern municipal solid waste (MSW) management systems at urbanized territories are considered. Mechanisms and tools to manage the motion of MSW ensuring sustainable development and their applicability in Russia are analyzed. The results of own research are given, including the application of logistics technologies to optimize the management of solid waste, the use of the principles of 3R, CDM etc. in regional schemes of sanitary purification, development of technologies of working substance and closed landfills playgrounds reusing, identification and management of environmental risks when managing MSW.

We study the problem of sulfide formation in the domestic wastewater of the city during their transportation. To reduce their toxicity and aggressiveness proposed method for correcting the reactive sulfide concentrations directly in the pipeline, which is realized on installations of water disposal systems, easily automated, has the economic and environmental effects.

Tyurin S., Kharchenko V. Redundant basises for critical systems and infrastructures of the urban envvironment:general approach and variants of implementation

An approach to creation of dependable and safe systems and infrastructures of the urban environment, which are tolerant to failures (different types of intrusions) due to application of redundant basises, is developed. Key principles of automaton-basis approach allowing to perform all or part of functions on failures are formulated, and automaton model is proposed. Redundant logical basis is described and recommendations concerning adaptation this basis for infrastructures of the urban environment.

Теория и практика» по проблемам строительной науки, техники и технологии. Конференция состоится 18—19 мая 2011 года в Пер-

ми в здании строительного факультета Пермского государственного техни-

ческого университета.

В рамках научно-практической конференции состоится конкурс на лучший доклад аспирантов, молодых ученых и студентов по строительным наукам. По итогам научно-практической конференции и конкурса на лучший доклад по тематике конференции будет проведено награждение победителей.
