IMPROVEMENT OF BUSINESS PROCESSES IN THE COMPANY

Abstract. The article is devoted to the use of information technologies in innovative entrepreneurship, sources of entrepreneurial risks in IT consulting, as well as consideration of the risk management aspects in the IT company based on the risk management methodology. And also, the author's view on the essence of various approaches to the improvement of business processes in the company, from the point of view of innovation in the current realities of market relations, is considered. The article attempts to identify the stage of the life cycle of the business process, as well as the definition of the most effective and used methods for implementing the business process as a whole.
